CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT
Tentative bookings will be held for 48 hours after the original reservation request which must be received by Global Cuisine Ltd in writing.

Final food selections and indicative numbers are to be advised in writing at least twenty-one days prior to the event start date when catering for events of 50 people or more, otherwise seven working days prior to the event start date.

To confirm this booking, a signed copy of these terms and conditions, together with a deposit equal to 50% of the estimated total revenue will be required within fourteen days of receipt of this contract.

72 hours prior to the event date final payment representing the total estimated cost less the 50% deposit is required.

Reduction in numbers
Any reduction in attendance numbers subsequent to notification of final numbers will be subject to charging the full contracted amount.

PAYMENT
Cheque payments are due 10 calendar working days prior to the arrival date.

Electronic Transfer payments can be arranged.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations and or event changes must be advised in writing.

Cancellations after written confirmation and deposit have been received will be subject to the following cancellation fee and charges.

Notice of 90 days or more prior to event
Deposit is fully refundable and cancellation fee applies.

Notice within 60 days prior to event
50% of deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee.

Notice within 30 days prior to the event
100% of the deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee.
