It is the responsibility of The Hirer/s who is hiring the Bouncy Castle/s or Bouncy obstacle course/s to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the Bouncy Castle/s or Bouncy obstacle course/s. The Hirer/s who has signed the below contract is responsible for any damage or loss, through theft or otherwise.
Instructions to be adhered to;
1. Shoes and socks are not to be worn.
2. Sharp objects, such as: jewellery, glasses, toys, broaches, badges, keys, belts etc. Are not to be worn on the Bouncy Castle/s or Bouncy obstacle course/s. Please ensure that all pockets are empty prior to use.
3. No pets
4. The front step is for entry and exit only – not for bouncing.
5. A responsible adult (aged 18 or over) is to supervise children at all times.
6. Inflatable walls are not for climbing unless part of the Bouncy obstacle course and required.
7. No more than 10 children at any one time on the Bouncy Obstacle Course, ages 5years and over.
8. No more than 6 children at any one time on the Bouncy Castle, aged up to 10 years of age.
9. Bouncy Castle/s or Bouncy obstacle course/s, are SMOKE FREE and are not to be utilised in close proximity of fires or barbeques.
10. The blower must not be covered and can not be exposed to rain. This is not a toy, please do not allow persons to turn it off and on.
11. No food/drinks/sweets/lollipops or chewing gum is allowed on the Bouncy Castle/s or Bouncy obstacle course/s. As a cleaning fee may be incurred by The Hirer/s.
12. Party poppers, silly string, streamers or face paints on or near the Bouncy Castle/s or Bouncy obstacle course/s may permanently damage the Bouncy Castle/s or Bouncy obstacle course/s. Failure to ensure that none of these are utilised on or near the equipment may result in a “Full” replacement fee to The Hirer/s.
13. No hose or any other water device is to be used with the castle, castle must be returned in dry condition.
14. If there is rain or strong winds the equipment can not be used.
15. A non-refundable deposit is payable, final payment is to be made on delivery (prior to set up). It is recommended that alternative location for wet weather is sourced as a “back up”, or an alternative “Rain Date” is also provided. Zactyl Investments Limited trading as 4FUN can not and do not accept any responsibility for an injury caused to any persons whilst in the responsibility of The Hirer/s. 4FUN equipment. By accepting the booking you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood and hereby accepts the conditions as set out above. I agree that I am responsible for the Bouncy Castle/s or Bouncy obstacle course/s and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur. This will include the inflatable being returned in an unacceptable condition, i.e. returned in a condition beyond what would be expected from normal use and up to the Full replacement if beyond repair. I agree that I will also be expected to pay an additional cleaning charge of $50.00 if the Bouncy Castle/s or Bouncy obstacle course/s are returned in a dirty or muddy condition.
