Agreement Overview
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the hire of the amaran 300c RGBWW 300W LED Full Lighting Kit from Chase Videographer. By renting the Equipment, the Hirer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions stated below.

Hire Period
- The hire period is starts from the time of pickup or delivery and ending at the agreed return time.
- Late returns may incur additional charges.

Rental Fee
- The rental fee for the Equipment is $100.00 per day.

Condition of Equipment
- The Equipment is provided to the Hirer in good working order and condition.
- The Hirer is responsible for inspecting the Equipment upon receipt and notifying the Company immediately of any defects or issues.

Hirer’s Responsibilities
- The Hirer agrees to use the Equipment in a safe and proper manner, following all instructions provided.
- The Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was provided, subject to reasonable wear and tear.
- The Hirer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the Equipment during the hire period.
- The Hirer shall not sublet, lend, or otherwise allow the use of the Equipment by any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.

Insurance
- The Hirer is responsible for providing insurance coverage for the Equipment during the hire period.

Late Return
- If the Equipment is not returned by the agreed date, the Hirer will be charged an additional day’s rental fee for each day or part thereof until the Equipment is returned.

Damage or Loss
- The Hirer is liable for any damage to or loss of the Equipment during the hire period.
- The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit, and if the cost exceeds the deposit, the Hirer agrees to pay the additional amount.

Cancellation
- Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the agreed pickup or delivery time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of the agreed time will incur a cancellation fee 25% of the total rental value due to potential disruptions with other rentals, lost business opportunities, and incurred expenses.

Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Equipment.
- The Company’s total liability in connection with the hire of the Equipment is limited to the rental fee paid by the Hirer.
