• All prices include GST and are effective from 1/10/2016
• All Individual Hire & Package prices are for “Hire Only” with a hire period of 3 days included for your convenience (including pick up & delivery days). Happy to discuss/quote an extended period if required.
• All hire items remain the property of Pink Poppy Events
• A non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total booking is required to secure your booking
• Full payment due 10 days prior to pick up/delivery
• Full replacement costs, repair costs, will be charged for damage or loss of any items and/or packaging - all packaging must be returned with the goods - including boxes, bags & bubble wrap.
• All hire items become the responsibility of the hirer during the hire period & satisfactory arrangements must be made with the venue to secure the items following the event
• All packages are subject to a Bond which is fully refundable within 3 days of satisfactory & timely return of goods
• All packages include the Bridal Party in the People Count
• Centre-piece vases are standard small to medium sized stock items – more elaborate centre-piece vases & candelabra’s are available at an additional cost
• Packages include Lycra chair covers – option of Black or White
• Other Chair Cover options are available for an additional cost
• Additional items ie. Backdrops, Archways, Red Carpets, Parasols, Plinths, Bridal Table Skirts & Adornments are available for an additional charge & we are happy to tailor one of the above packages to include any extra items you may require
• Collection is available from our base in Browns Bay.
• Packages do not include delivery, set up or pack down however please talk to us if you would like to add these options
