A comprehensive process conducted one-on-one with an experienced career coach to help you discover your ideal career. we look at all of the factors influencing you and your career choices including your values, motivations, transferable skills, personality, work environment, learning style, form of employment and constraints that need to be overcome. This 10 session process includes a range of different tools and assessments such as card sorts, a comprehensive workbook, career books and discussions. Your coach will also help you to create an effective career plan looking at all aspects of transition including any retraining and gives you a step by step approach to realise your ideal career.
Alternatively this service is also available in a combination of a group workshop and one-on-one coaching and dates are available on the website. Career Discovery is available for people of all professions and ages from graduates through to retirement age.
